Summary

That's a pretty souped up soap box car for the races on E. Potomac Street in Brunswick after World War II. Wonder if "Lucky 13" was really lucky on that day? George Hall was the driver of Lucky 13.

According to Jackie Ebersole, “J. B. Streight is in white t-shirt. Next to him is Lucy Fravel (or Wenner) and Web Bennett. I think the younger boy was Lucy's brother. “
