Going up the hill we have the Gross home in the foreground; Victor Kaplon's family home; Ivan "Bucky" Huffer's family home with the awning is where he had his beauty shop for years. Further up, you see First Methodist, Kaplon's store and the Shell gas station (now The Brunswick Citizen office).<br />
<br />
The roof of the Victorian house directly above Maryland Avenue on C Street was at one time (1900-1930?) a rooming house owned by the Garrott sisters, who were related to the Wenners.<br />
