What you think are your best accomplishments as:

1.  Showed pride in our City by fixing several buildings, starting with City Hall (2nd floor room with new roof and new window soffits, siding, etc.), designed and purchased matching signs for each public building, created the adopt-a-park program to engage citizens in keeping their eyes and ears on our parks and encouraged them to show THEIR pride in their city (especially Kim Weddle Park and Team Crossing butterfly garden); purchased excellent property to expand our imminent city infrastructure needs

2.  Upgraded our aging accounting system (much more difficult than it sounds!)

3.  Encouraged spending based on need (especially in public works dept.) to solve problems by doing it right the first time (instead of partial fixes)

4.  Started billing the city (took money from the General Fund and reimbursed the water/sewer enterprise funds) for water and sewer use by city staff (through use in city buildings) as well as organizations who benefit from city donations of water (Fire and Ambulance, Little League)
