Betty Lou (Darr) Cavalier (19255 – 2004), Distinguished Citizen 1987 Spouse: Kenneth K. Cavalier (1920 – 1984)

Brunswick: 100 Years of History (1990) Cavalier, Betty Lou Darr (1925- ) Honored 1987 Betty Lou Darr Cavalier exhibited talent in dancing at an early age, later becoming a dance instructor in Brunswick, Frederick, Middletown, Maryland, and Harpers Ferry and Charles Town, West Virginia. Proceeds from over 36 years of recitals have gone to philanthropic use. She taught three of the present dance teachers in Frederick County. Known for her wit and enthusiasm, Betty Lou is currently working with the History Commission.
