From: Brunswick: 100 Years of History (1990) Funk, Harry B. (1872-1930) Honored 1976 Harry B. Funk came to Brunswick from Martinsburg when he was 17 years old. He and his wife, Annie B. Demory, had three children: John B. Funk, Raymond D. Funk, and Eva Viola Irene Magalis. Harry became a successful contractor and erected many of Brunswick’s finest structures including The Kaplon Building, Red Men’s Hall, MethodistEpiscopal Church on Maryland Avenue, West End School, and many homes in the area of Brunswick, Rosemont and Lovettsville
