Smoketown History (Brunswick, Md.) A few years ago, the Citizen reported that a cuff link with the initials DEH was found on the site of the old Y. Dad wrote that it probably belonged to David Emmanuel Holland. | |||
Edna cooked for my grandparents for years and baked the best pies and rolls i've ever eaten. She was part of our family. I was already away when she died way up in her 80s (or so we think because she lied about her age ; )), but my mother said the choir at the AME church "rocked her up to heaven". Said it was the most joyous funeral she ever attended....Peter Wenner | |||
