September 1896, 109 East Potomac Street Arnold's apartment house (same Arnold as MD Ave Apt) West Ambrose bought "Arnold's Apt) just after World War II for $10,000. Went to Mrs. Ambrose and son Chester Rilend. New owner June Rilend, Chester's widow.

Lower (ground level) commercial use. Betty Lou's dance studio, Beatty Meat, Rolekey, Donald Harrington Shoe Repair.
