Business Before 1920

On back of photo: See "Brunswick: 100 Years of History" page 113-114, Gross Brothers

Gross Brother's were at 19 East Potomac St, when they received a freight car load of Majestic console radios. Started to unload car when received call from their Majestic Radio Co: A dealer in the West wanted some desperately. So Gross Brothers took 1/2 carload and left rest to be sent out West. The Majestic Col gave them a benefit (money) not to take them.

When RR Came, changing level of tracks, they also round level of street in front of Gross's store, formerly probably were 3-4 steps up to store, now only one.
