Dr. Arlington Grove Horine graduated from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in 1887 and Jefferson Medical College in 1890, the ear he established a drug store on Railroad Street along the Westbound tracks in Brunswick.  From 1891 to 1903 he served s Surgeon for the B&O.  During this time, 1200 accident cases were treated.  Dr. Horine also served as Brunswick’s Health Officer and instituted new techniques for sanitation.  In 1906, 1908 and 1910 he was elected mayor of Brunswick.
