Don Michael Streight: I stopped in to see Bill Harrington many of time, he always had time for a friendly chat and he was the first person to start my childhood business. I walked in the shop with my shoe shine kit. I’m going down to the Square and drum up some shoe shine business but I need to buy a can of wax. Bill said you are? Yep - here is a nickel back a discount for going into business. Thanks --------------------------with as friendly as he was to me that little discount made me feel like a million dollars. I was only 8 years old at that time. Now I'm 66.
