Jeanette and Irv Ephraim, longtime proprietors of Ephraim's Liquors on E. Potomac St, on the railroad with some unidentified young people in front of the old caboose that's been on the grounds beside BHS for years.  In the early '70s when this photo was taken, the caboose was displayed behind Karn's Lumber Yard.
