Summary
1972 Flood - Hurricane Agnes The building near the YMCA, better known as the "Caller's Office", is in the background. These two young ladies are the daughters of Edward Kagey and Dinah Free. Edward Kagey was one of the caller's for the B & O Railroad. Debbie and Dixie are also the granddaughters of Woody and Madelyn Free. They are also third cousins to Mayor Jesse Orndorff.
