Summary
This picture of Ted Clark Big Band in Frederick (that I sang with) also has some history with Brunswick (besides me). Ted Clark was really Clark Sheetenhelm. Clark, Darwin Hueting, and Woody Free played with The John Funk's Potomac Club Orchestra in Brunswick (in the late 1920's). As I understand it John Funk later became Brunswick's City Engineer. In this recent photo is Clark on drums, Tom Silliman and Darwin Hueting (Jim Hueting's Dad) on saxophones, myself and others from around the area. Does anyone know anything about the John Funk Potomac Club Orchestra? Boy, it would be great to dig up some of their photos.
