Pauline Ruth Comer Gosnell, 95, of Jefferson, MD passed away Friday, March 10, 2017. She was born January 31,1922 in Brunswick, MD, the daughter of Emory and Rachel Comer. Pauline was a lifelong member of Bethany Lutheran Church of Brunswick. She taught Sunday School, was a Girl Scout leader and a volunteer at the Brunswick Senior Center. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her children, Linda and husband, Harry (Mac) Magaha of Knoxville, Wanda and husband, Vincent Shannon of Souderton, PA, Myrtle and husband, Wayne Runkles of Jefferson, whom she had been living with, and E. Lee Gosnell and wife Susan, of Frederick, MD, grandchildren Katie Runkles, Harry Magaha, III (Macky), Jennifer and husband, Lance Nairn, and Teresa Shannon, great grandchildren Tyler Runkles, Colton and Corey Perine and Sophia Nairn.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 25,2017 at 11:00 AM in Bethany Lutheran Church, 109 First Avenue, Brunswick. Inurnment to immediately follow in Park Heights Cemetery, Brunswick. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Lutheran Church or Hospice of Frederick County. Arrangements entrusted to John T. Williams Funeral Home, Brunswick.
