his photo is from 2008-09 and shows the members and coaches of the BHS Varsity Wrestling Team.
The team worked very hard on learning new moves and perfecting their techniques for each match against opposing schools. The team had over thirteen new additions for the season and for many it was their first year in wrestling competitively.
In the end the team’s hard work paid off with multiple wins at their duals and championships.
On a side note, when I first started teaching at Brunswick I believe there was no BHS wrestling team. I do not remember when wrestling either returned to or started up again at BHS ;=)!
