Phil Lowery: Dr. Shaffer's Office was in his home on West B Street for awhile. April 4, 2010. If I recall Dr Shaffer first office was down A Street a few buildings down from City Hall close to where Senior Center is now located. There were stairs that went down the side of the building and the entrance. April 27, 2010
