Hard to tell whether this was from the Frederick News-Post or Blade-Times. A child prodigy Brunswick youth pitcher, he once threw a no-hitter in a Little League Game in 1961. According to Sean Staub, "Field ball was a game played on a soccer field with a soccer ball or basketball by two teams of 11 members each and combining many of the techniques of basketball and soccer."
