Sonny Cannon striking an impresario pose on N. Potomac Street. We're assuming this is during the big band era in the '40s since it was before the current firehouse was built in 1948-49. Note that the old Fire Hall wasn't there yet.

The half block with Hudson Row and Wenner's City Meat Market in the far right foreground is long gone.
