PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2011

Local property owner Scot Lessler brought a proposal to the Brunswick Planning Commission on November 28th for a mixed-use complex between South Maple Avenue and South Maryland Avenue. The property, known as Railroad Landing, is above the Train Station parking lot and behind Sundance Art and Frame. The project proposes 42 residential condominiums: 30 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units along with seven ground level commercial units.

After an address from Mr. Lessler, comments and questions were taken from the audience. The proposal was approved by the Planning Commission and will go to the Mayor and City Council.
