Summary
Brunswick barber Frank Wenner finishing up one of his legendary "flat-tops" on Bill Sims in 1992. Wenner's Barber Shop operated in a couple different locations in Brunswick, principally in a storefront directly across from the B&O YMCA. He was one of the 11 children of Ross and Helen Wenner.
