Summary

Chum Mills on W. Potomac Street in the 1960s between Kaplon's and Donald Darr's Brunswick Florist. He was a fine Brunswick baseball player in the late 1920s, railroader, and member of the Mills family who owned and operated Mills confectionary next to the Imperial Theater for generations.
