Summary
This photo was taken at a Halloween celebration outside the old West End Elementary School during the Great Depression in the late 1930s. See the rooftops of the houses on West Brunswick Street that are still there today.
In the front row are Phyllis Long, Dick Mullen and Bill Wenner. The 1st girl on the back row is Connie Taylor (Grams). The 4th boy from the left may have been Pete Boyce.
