Local businessmen at a banquet, possibly in the early 1950s. Judging from the location of the stage where the band is playing, this appears to have been taken at the Moose lodge on East Potomac Street.
You have to look closely, but Tony Cincotta and Harry Nicholson are seated at the far end of the table. William Roelke in profile 3rd from the right?
