Summary

American Legion Post #96 Women's Auxiliary Officers (1978) -Pictured in lower right hand corner is my MamMaw (Millie Nalley Rooney). Upper left hand corner is Norma Jean Frye (Iris, Gwen, Dave and George's mom.) This photo was in the 1978 Veteran's Day Parade Program. I scanned, cropped, enlarged, restored and added the text "American Legion" and "1978" to the photo. In addition, I added the frame surrounding the photo by computer. I wanted to do this for my grandmother and Norma Jean Frye. They were best friends and a asset to the community of Brunswick, Maryland. God Rest your souls MamMaw and Norma Jean....you truly do deserve a rest in the heavens above. Your families, citizens of Brunswick, veterans and your community thank you!
