The men behind the flag bearers with neckties have been identified at the library as (l-r) Darrol Snoots, Harwood Watson, Thomas "Big Tom" Maloney. On the right in the sweater is Pete Fry.

Donald Darr is believed to be the gentleman on the left front saluting the flag.
