Graduation in the age of Pandemic 2020:
Jonathan Henry Jon is curious and a hard worker. He has a passion to help others and to be creative. He plans to finish associates degree at FCC next year (He will have 50 credits towards a dual associates in STEM and Fire Science when he graduates from BHS) and then plans on attending Eastern Kentucky University for Fire Arson and Explosion Investigation and Fire Safey Engineering Technology. While at Brunswick he played soccer and tennis for four years and was All County Honorable Mention for Tennis in 2019. He is a member of National Honor Society. He also atttended Frederick Career Technology Center for CAD Engineering for three years. At CTC he is a member of the National Technical Honor Society, won State Gold Medals 2018 & 2019 for SkillsUSA Urban Search and Rescue Robot and was a National Competitor and is a member of the International Submarine Race Team. Jon is also a Volenteer Firefighter at Jefferson, MD and Lovettsville, VA with following certifications:
- Hazmat Operations
- Fire 1 - Fire 2 - Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter - Rescue Technican - Site Operations and Vehicle and Machinary Extracation
