Summary

Jessica is in the BHS 2020 graduating class and is also a cosmetology student at CTC. You might recognize her from Rocky point creamery where she’s worked since she was 16. Our girl is hard working, smart, creative, and makes us so proud everyday. She’s probably gonna kill me for throwing this in here but most people don’t know that Jessica has also been an AAU National karate gold medalist at least 8 times and received a bronze medal representing team USA in 2016 at the Tae Kwon Do International World Championship in Birmingham, England. Not to brag or anything but we think she’s pretty great. Jessica enjoys using what she’s learned at CTC to experiment on her sisters. She also enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking and doing outdoorsy stuff with her family. But what she really loves and misses dearly is shopping and getting food with her friends in Frederick. (Panera and Starbucks are her favorites😉). Jessica says when the world opens back up she’ll probably never be at home after this. As senior cosmetology student at CTC you give up most of your time at your home school (BHS). This was a hard decision for Jessica to make; she knew she would miss her friends, but decided to stay the course. She made the sacrifice knowing that she would still have opportunities to attend school functions. So here we are... prom night has come and gone; graduation, safe n sane and senior week are still up in the air. She misses school and misses her friends and like the rest of us just wants to get back to her life.
