Potomac Street were occupied (from left) by businesses such as Mulkey’s Maytag Repair, Harrington’s Shoe Repair, a pool room. the building in the middle was where Dr. Strother had his office in the 1940s, Frank Wenner’s barber shop was in the building on the far right in the’60s. After Frank moved, Carol Lewis operated a beauty parlor in that location.
