Summary
1890s era ad for Victor Kaplon & Bro. when their first store was located in the old Opera House building on the south side of the present westbound railroad route in the old town “Between the Tracks”.
Victor Kaplon opened his first store in 1889 with his brother Abraham, who also ran a general store in Harpers Ferry. The Brunswick store was headquarters for the family business, including the Harpers Ferry operation.
