Summary

This photo is interesting and mystery on a couple of levels:

1) A group of 5 teen age boys watching a panel of 5 professionally dressed adults on a stage high above them. Hard to tell what the event was.

2) We've seen similar photos of this latticed stage at both the old Imperial Theater and a makeshift stage in a community space at the bottom of W. B Street before the 1955 Potomac River Bridge was constructed. This appears to have been the latter.
