Summary

We have shared several photos of a youth baseball team from the 1940s, featuring players wearing uniforms with the initials "BBC." It appears that Brunswick baseball legend Lee Merriman, seen on the far right, was the coach of this team. The boy to his immediate right is Maurice "Hot Dog" Phillips.

In the early 20th century, there was a Brunswick Boys Club founded by Reverend Luther Martin, which eventually led to the establishment of the Brunswick Boy Scouts.

Could this BBC have been related or called the Brunswick Boys Club? No one has been able to tell us.
