Summary
This photo is from the 2009 BHS Yearbook and show the members of the Varsity Girls Basketball team. Although overall the team did not have a winning season, as Coach Gardner said for the yearbook "The girls that are on the team now have taught me that there's more than winning. Dedication, hard work and working as a team have been more important." In an attempt to build the bonds necessary for any team, the players engaged in events outside of school such as snow tubing to allow them to get to know each other on and off the basketball court and develop a sense of team unity. No matter what, the character traits of unity, strong work ethics, and dedication will serve these ladies well in whatever they decided to pursue in their lives after high school.
