Summary
Bill Dunn posing in front of a Kaplon's window in a negative that appears to be reversed. The door on the left was on the right side of Kaplon's across from the Shell Station on W. Potomac Street. Bill never worked on the railroad, but he could tell you the location of cabooses and railroad cars in the yard. According to Rick Bowers: "I heard the story about his ability to find "missing" train cars. Railroaders would ask him the location and he could lead them right to it." That's why we have Bill in the Railroaders' album.
