Summary

I have been designing jewelry for a long time. Beads, gemstones, pearls --- the ideas are endless. I started taking silversmithing classes about 8 years ago at the Delaplaine Arts Center. It is amazing to watch what happens when you put a torch to metal. Reticulation, forging, soldering, stamping, soldering, among other techniques, are part of what makes silversmithing so awesome.

Many pieces of my jewelry are at Gifts Inn in Boonsboro. Now that COVID is mostly under control, I am back at shows. I will be at The Village at Worman’s Mill on June 16 and August 13 from 5-8. I will be at the Bluemont Fair in Bluemont, VA the weekend of September 18. In the Photo, Barbara with town necklaces. One is Amazonite with sterling silver and the other is fused sterling silver with a CZ soldered on it.
