Summary

The downtown business district on W. Potomac Street in 1982 when it was in its dying days as the railroad decreased its operations in Brunswick. Newberry's was still in business next door to the museum. Brunswick Market occupied the space where the Acme and Roelke's once operated. At the time, Jerry's Liquors was next door to the market.

On the north side of the street were Ralph Brown's real estate and H&R Block offices. Further down were Burns' Liquors and Payne's Pharmacy.
