At 10:00 AM on July 10, 2021 local Dunkin' franchisee network Upcounty Frederick Donuts welcomed City Administrator David Dunn for the store's official ribbon cutting ceremony. Following the ribbon cutting, Upcounty Frederick Donuts, alongside the Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation, presented a $1,000 grant to the Brunswick Food Bank to further its mission to provide food to those in need throughout Frederick County
