Howard Frye on his bike was a frequent sight in the late '60s during the Age of Aquarius.
(From the Myer Kaplon photo collection at the Brunswick Community Library; Frederick County Public Libraries)
Frank McKnight: As Howard got older, he would love to come on stage and tell jokes at carnivals. He was a good and funny man. My brother Jim McKnight when he was alive, would always stop his band and let Howard tell a few jokes at the Jefferson and Burkitsville carnivals. Always liked his jokes!!
