Jacquelyn Ebersole: Jeannette and my mother Pauline McIntosh were in the first practical nurses classes that dgraduated from Frederick Commonity College when it first started and was held then at North Market Street School and the Dean was Duvall Sweadner then. Around 1965.

Kim Myers: Jeanette and Irv were always so kind. In addition to the liquor they sold tropical fish. Irv was so informed on so many topics. He always had time for me.

Denise Duncan Moore: There was a fish that was in the aquarium in the store. I believe it was a catfish, or was it a fish that would bite if you stuck your hand in the water. That is what Uncle Irvin would tell us if we got too close.
