Summary

Adele Scotto, the late owner and proprietor of King's Pizza in her element. She passed away on October 10, 2016 and was just remembered at an event at the restaurant this month.

Adele's parents Tony and Mary brought their New York style pizza to Brunswick in the old storefront next to the former Prople's Bank in the 1980s. They moved to their current location next to the old Firehouse after the Berlin Restaurant closed. Their pizza and garlic knots have been staples in Brunswick for over a generation now.

Phil Lowery: Mary was always at the pizza shop greeting all with a smile. Adele followed behind her mom greeting everyone. I don’t know what it was about Kings Pizza that made it especially good.
