Summary
This was my parents' service center in Petersville. This is a very early photograph (see the car). Dad worked on cars, trucks, lawn mowers, and farm equipment. He also sold John Deere Equipment and worked on lots of equipment for the local farmers. They also had a little grocery store too. I remember eating Mounds Candy Bars until I threw up. That was the end of that. Then I started in on Chocolate Ice Cream. When I got older and had a car, I would get new tires for Christmas. The benefits were pretty darn good!

Connie Silliman: My Dad was a good mechanic and could fix almost anything. My Uncle Leslie Frye worked there with my Dad until Dad sold the business. Then Uncle Leslie went to work at Litton's in Brunswick.
