Summary
The house at 420 Ninth Ave in 1900. Originally the home of the Ault family, this is owned today by Norma June Wigfield.
As you can see, this was before the railroad built out what became known as New York Hill. Our understanding is that the area got its name because the homes were built by a New York-based company.
