According to W Frank Mathers: "The picture shows the eastbound hump looking west toward Short Hill on the left and South Mountain and Pleasant Valley on the right. I am being told that this image probably dates at least to the early 1960's - prior to the hump at Cumberland going into service (whatever that date may have been)."
