Christmas 1952 at the Smith family home at 527 W. Potomac Street. In the photo, as listed on the back, but not in head order are:
Earl, Clara & Helen Wright, Helen Spurrier, Gram Spurrier, Lee Smith (back right), Walter Wright, Frida & Floyd Smith (front right)
The Spurriers lived across the street at 514 W. Potomac Street.
Randy George My neighbors way back when. Lee’s parents home. Wonderful people and neighbors. Had a great model railroad set up in the attic. Brings back many childhood memories. A great time and part of town to grow up in.
Jacquelyn Ebersole Earl and Clara are Ann Spurrier's parents. Ann married Sonny Rickard and they were our Best Man and Brides Maid when Wayne Hill and I married in 1955 and we stood up for them in 1956 for their wedding. Both weddings in First Methodist Church.
