Summary
Snowman directed by, but not necessarily built by Lila Wenner with a Bill Wenner hat & scarf in the backyard of 1316 Petersville Road during the Winter months of early 1972.
This was before the shopping center was built up on Souder Road & N. Maple Avenue. You can faintly see the original water tower near the Co-op and a school bus on the upper left.
