Summary

Former B&O YMCA custodian David Emanuel Holland (seated) with members of his family on a 1972 visit to the Holland home on H Street in Brunswick. At the time, Mr. Holland was 85 years old. His family came from Coatsville where the Hollands and Butlers built a successful 200-acre farm that flourished despite Jim Crow.
