Summary
Expansion of Brunswick Elementary School. The photo was dated August, 1958. The new section appears to have been some new classrooms and the gymnasium at the south end.

James Cox Jr: Look hard and you can see ther two white square BBall backboards/hoops upper left quadrant. These were custom built by Coach Daugherty and Merrell Foltz. It was the first "full court" outside BBall floor in Brunswick, and we loved it. Later, the new Gym being built (it was tight quarters!) was quietly opened on Sundays by principal Lee Smith (he also played) and we played inside ... what a thrill for us kids. Bill Kubat, Steve Cox, Bones Sigler, Sam Deener, Skeeter Webber, Gary Harrison, Bob Cage, these were some of the regulars.
