Summary

Reuben Moss: Spark from an old worn wire started a small fire in the wall insulation in the basement. It is suspected the fire had started around 8:30 then spread for about an hour before anyone noticed smoke, and the building was immediately evacuated. In that hour, the fire had spread through the walls up to all floors, and by the time the fire department arrived after the 9:38pm emergency call, the building had completely ignited.
