Summary
This photo that was commissioned by Dr. Arlington G. Horine shows the original YMCA building on the left with the B&O Emergency Hospital building on the right. The YMCA was later expanded in the mid-1920s. The flowers and fountain were part of B&O Railroad Park. Presumably, this photo dates to sometime around 1907 when the YMCA opened.
The passenger car on the edge of the photo is sitting on a siding which ran on the street side of the main line. The siding was dedicated specifically for parking passenger cars.
